1 semaine au lac de garde

L'emplacement nous a convenu , le logement également, la disposition des pièces, l'équipement, la piscine. Le logement ainsi que la résidence sont bien entretenus mais vieillissant. La climatisation serait un plus. La douche présente une mauvaise évacuation et de mauvaises odeurs s'en degagent regulierement ce nest pas redibitoire en soi mais un peu desagreable. La résidence est en coteau avec de nombreuses marches pour accéder au parking et donc une contrainte pour charger et décharger la voiture et pour rapporter les courses. Le voisinage est occupé par des propriétaires et quelques personnes résidentes permanentes qui sont a notre disposition pour toute question. La propriété est très calme, situe en hauteur agréable pour la vue mais fortement exposé au nuage de pollution atmosphérique ( forte circulation en haute saison autour du lac) les personnes sensibles doivent être prévenues. Dans l'ensemble notre sejour nous a convenu mais le rapport qualite pris nous a semblé un peu juste.

schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt

Traumhafte Lage, ruhig, entspannt, unübertrefflicher Ausblick auf Salo und den unteren Gardasee. Nachts gigantisches Lichtermeer bis rüber zur anderen Seeseite. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, es war alles da was man brauchte und alles in allem super für unseren Aufenthalt. Einziges Manko: die Dusche im Bad sollte komplett erneuert werden.

Schöne Wohnung, super Aussicht aber Verkehrslärm vom Tal

Check-in: Sehr freundlich aber über 30 Min entfernt von Ferienwohung Agentur, bei der der Schlüssel abgeholt und abgegeben werden musste. Schlüsselbox wäre wesentlich einfacher. Schöne Wohnung Lage: Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Leider: Verkehrslärm vom Tal und ständig (alle paar Sekunden) piepsende und tackernde "Ameisenschreckstäbe" in den Gärten der Nachbarn, auch direkt unter dem Balkon.
