The cozy 75 m2 holiday home is located in Santa Maria near the village of Villaputzu, only a few kilometres away from the sea in Southern Sardinia.
The property consists of a living room with an integrated well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, Satellite TV,
a washing machine and a baby bed.
The holiday home boasts a private garden with outdoor shower and barbecue as well as a private covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. Here you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and end the day with specialities from your own grill, while enjoying the magnificent views over the sea and mountains.
