Terrible experience

Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . What a terrible way to treat a family ! Or maybe this is a fake listing ? Avoid !

Nous avons logĂ© Ă  4 (2 adultes et deux ados).Point positif :Logement a cĂŽtĂ© de la piste (ROSIERE), 3 min Ă  pied et non un dĂ©part Ă  ski depuis le logement.Panorama superbe depuis le balcon.Salon confortable.Un Ă©quipement suffisant.Point nĂ©gatif :TrĂšs bruyant en raison d'une porte paliĂšre trop fine, nous entendions la conversation des voisins, l'une des chambres est situĂ©e Ă  l'entrĂ©e ce qui est dommage car bruyant.Le matelas du canapĂ© lit est beaucoup trop fin (impossible de dormir dessus sur 1 semaine).En conclusion un rapport qualitĂ© prix trĂšs bon mais ce logement n'est pas adaptĂ© pour 5/6 personnes mais 4.Il manque peut-ĂȘtre un plan pour bien prĂ©ciser ou est situĂ© le logement Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.
