Family chalet for 12 people with a large living room, dining room, modern open kitchen fully equipped, east and south-facing terrace balconies. Second balcony on the second floor.

Five bedrooms:

2 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 (one on the first floor and one on the second with balcony).
2 bedrooms with twin beds that can be combined (on the ground floor with private shower/WC).
1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds.
Three bathrooms:

One on the ground floor (shower + two sinks).
One on the first floor (master bedroom, shower + sink + WC).
One very spacious on the second floor (bathtub + two sinks).

Garden equipment: sun loungers, deck chairs, a round table for 6-8 people + garden chairs, and small movable tables + 6 garden chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a food processor, juicer, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, teapot, raclette and fondue appliances, etc. There is also a large American refrigerator with an ice dispenser.
