Duplex apartment on the 3rd and 4th and top floors of a chalet with 9 tourist accommodations. 1st level: living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200cm), 1 bathroom (shower + wc). 2nd level: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm / 2 single beds 90x200cm / 2 single beds 90x200cm), bathroom (bathtub) and WC. 2 balconies-terraces. 1 covered garage space (below). Private covered and heated swimming pool of the residence (in a neighboring chalet) open during the Christmas, February and summer school holidays. Sheets included + beds made. Skis on foot. Ski lockers with boot dryers. Beautiful duplex furnished with great taste, in a contemporary style combining mountain and beautiful materials. Luxury residence built in 2017. Breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc massif, the Beaufortain and the Pierra Menta. Nice volumes and quality benefits. Very charming. Private covered and heated swimming pool of the residence. Departure and return on skis from the residence.
