We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony to admire the mountains. Sheets included, towels not included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV and Xbox console with games, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony, facing south to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Voie Lactée chairlift at 1.1 km (13 minutes walk).
- Ski hire 500 metres away.
- The Grandes Alpes pass at about 23 km.
- The Opinel museum at 6.4 km.
- La Grave at 22 km.

Activities :
- There are many activities available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, sledging, dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire, Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: free bus in winter which serves the whole resort and free tourist train in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne station located 15 km away (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport 176 km away (2h10 by car).

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.

- Towels not provided, available in supplement (rent and payment with our partner on the spot).
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are accepted for an extra charge of 15€ per stay.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you, or as an option on request and payment to our partner on site at the rate of 90€ (request minimum 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay).

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and La Conciergerie des Etoiles (concierge / housekeeping service).
