Spend your vacation in this three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home. BEDROOMS: ALL BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Master Bedroom: Queen size bed. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, Bedroom 3: Pyramid bed (2 Twins & 1 Double) The pyramid bed has the following weight limits: 1. Double bed - 225 lbs. 2. Trundle - 165 lbs. 3. Top bunk - 100 lbs. (kids room sleeps up to 4 kids). BATHROOMS: Master Bathroom: Two sinks, spacious shower and jetted tub. Bathroom 2: Hallway Bathroom - shower and tub combination. First Floor: Powder Room. INDOOR AMENITIES: Shiplap gas fireplace, flat screen smart tv, recliner sofa, sitting chairs. Dining area set up for six, counter seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer included. OUTDOOR AMMENTIES: front porch, second floor balcony, back yard screened in porch with outdoor couch. Fenced in yard. Pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Covered dining area with table for six and a cocktail table, fire pit with chairs, BBQ Grill and outside shower. POOL INFORMATION: The pool is 10’ wide x 20’ long. 3’ deep in the shallow end and 5’ deep in the deep end. There is a love seat built into the deep end and also a bench in the shallow end for people to sit. POOL WAIVER INCLUDED WHEN SIGNING LEASE. LINENS: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR YOUR STAY. The owner does provide towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. PARKING: There are two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street if needed. No inside garage parking. BEACH EQUIPMENT: Five beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach toys and beach games. PET INFORAMTION: This home will accept dogs under 35lbs that are HYPOALLERGENIC, the owner must approve all pets so please ask your agent upon booking if you plan to bring a pet. OTHER NOTES: There are security cameras on the outside of the property. CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM ATTRACTIONS: 323 Cloverdale is steps to the bay, a 4.6 mile drive to the Cape May Lewes Ferry, 7.5 miles to Cape May City and 9 miles to Wildwood restaurants and beaches.
