Tiny Cottage by Bay Close to Cape May & Wildwood

Welcome to Sea Haven Tiny Cottage. This efficiency style back yard tiny cottage has everything you need for a stop at the shore. Located 5 blocks from the Delaware Bay and 15 min from Cape May. There is a full size bed with comfortable bedding, efficiency style kitchen, and a stylish full bath with a tiled walk in shower. There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.

Our Tiny Cottage is an efficiency style space. Designed to maximize comfort in a small space, the tiny cottage is perfect for up to 2 people. You’ll have everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or long visit to the Cape May area. The cottage is newly renovated and has a designated outside space in the shared backyard. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.

~Kitchenette: The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, drip coffee maker and tea kettle. Dining ware for 2 is provided. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee, tea and salt and pepper.

~There is a full size bed, open closet for hanging clothing, and small dining/wark area that can be flipped down to maximize space when not in use. There is a smart TV with cable or you can login to your existing app accounts.

~Pets: We are dog friendly at an additional fee of $100 for (1) dog and $50 for a (2nd) with a max of 2 dogs. Any damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. We provide doggie waste bags in the backyard for convenience in picking up after your pet. This is a shared backyard space. Dogs must be leashed at all times. We are not responsible for the safety of your pet while staying with us. Pets should not be left at the property unattended.

~Outside Space: Outside is a semi private yard with gardens, dining table, hammock and propane fire pit. 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and corn hole board are all available in the storage box alongside the cottage.

~Things Worth Noting: This is a backyard cottage. The main cottage is also available to rent. Each cottage has their own entrance, parking and semi private backyard space. The cottages are detached. Both cottages are pet friendly so we kindly ask you keep your pet on a leash while outside. The main cottage can be found on Air BnB : Cape May Area Coastal Cottage.

The cottage is located in the back yard. The front home is also a vacation rental. The cottage space is accessed through the side yard with a private walk way leading to the cottage. There is a privacy fence space separating the yard where the hammock and fire pit are located. There is a round cement dining set that is exclusively for the cottage. The yard is fenced but not gated. Parking for one vehicle in the driveway.

We live 5 minutes from the cottages and are happy to help with anything!

The tiny cottage is located on the West side of Villas and is approximately 5 blocks from the Delaware Bay. There is Bay access at the end of each road.

There are 2 rental cottages on this property. They are separate cottages with a shared back yard space. There may be a point in your stay, where cleaners will be on premise cleaning the other cottages and access the backyard.
**Rental Policies – Know Before You Book**

We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay.

- Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers.
- Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments.
- Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed.
- Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge.
-The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property.

In the event a Direct Booking or VRBO reservation is canceled within the applicable cancellation window and a full or partial refund is due, all refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. These include, but are not limited to:
-Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of booking
Payment processor fees associated with issuing the refund.
These fees are charged by third-party financial institutions and are non-recoverable by the Host, and therefore will be deducted from any refund issued. These fees are typically 5.7%
