Enter the property via a long, shaded, private driveway; the home is not visible from the street.Inside the home, the second floor is the main living space; as you walk up the stairs, your first view is a glass wall overlooking the water. The wall of glass sliders leads out to the back deck, which leads down to the sand, and has just been rebuilt in 2023 to accommodate new decking with cable rails and a brand new custom-built heated pool with a tanning ledge and a spa. With a newly renovated open spacious kitchen in 2025, a large dining table seating 10, a stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combo wall oven with microwave, a range, ice maker and undercounter beverage refrigerator . This level also hosts 2 bedrooms (a king bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other), 1 newly renovated bathroom (2025), a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a bonus sunroom.Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom (King bed) is a "private" loft looking down into the living room, with its newly renovated bathroom (2023) with heated floors, a walk-in shower with 2 rain heads, and a vanity with a separate makeup area. Also, in the master bedroom is a sitting area with a gas fireplace, a remote, and sliding doors out to a deck overlooking the bay. The second bedroom on this level has (1) queen bed and (2) twin beds with an attached newly constructed bathroom (2023) with a fully tiled shower.Take one more flight upstairs to a "tower" of windows overlooking the bay (no living space or exterior access).The entry level on the ground floor has an attached garage, living room, bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, laundry room with 2 washers and dryers, and a separate entrance that leads out and down to the bay.With exterior access to the bay from the pool deck or the ground level, you'll also find an outdoor shower along with storage under the deck with the use of 2 paddleboards and 5 kayaks.Pool is open from May through October.
