sono andata con la mia famiglia in settembre e' stata una bellissima vacanza. l'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto pulito, fornito di tutto e in una bella posizione .il proprietario e' stato molto premuroso e dispinibile .speriamo di tornare presto

UN PIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO

L'appartamento del signor Nicola è molto grazioso, dotato di tutte le comodità per una vacanza relax. Il punto di forza è dovuto alla posizione strategica, in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e ben areata. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Confermo per l'appartamento: locazione perfetta per raggiungere spiaggie, fare la spesa e uscire la sera, ambiente pulito, fresco e silenzioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Appartamento comodo e confortevole

La casa è tenuta molto bene ed in una zona comoda sia per il centro di Villasimius che per le spiagge. Casa molto accogliente e proprietari gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Bel terrazzo per mangiare all'aperto. Unico problema, il posto macchina. Se in centro ci sono degli eventi si fa molta fatica a trovare parcheggio.

"Propriétaire très sympathique et avenant qui parle bien le français. L''appartement est agréable. Petit bémol pour la cuisine où il n''y a pas d''eau chaude (pas pratique pour la vaisselle) et pas de décapsuleur... difficile pour ouvrir les succulentes Ichnusa ;) beau balcon (inclus dans la superficie) Logement idéal comme pied à terre pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des magnifiques plages de Villasimius!"
