The Villa is on the extremity of Capo Boi , in a

magnificent position above the sea and in front of the

small island of Piscadeddu.

Its particular structure recalls to mind the ancient

Sardinian constructions called Nuraghi, which date back

to the XVII century b.C.

The villa of about 200 sqm. is formed of: three

bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a room with three

beds), huge sitting room with fireplace, kitchen with dish

washer, washing machine, bathroom with 2 showers

and another bathroom always with shower.

The veranda has a spectacular view on the sea

Wonderful and unique the garden on the roof of the

Villa, which overlooks the surrounding coast. The

access to the private beach situated below, by means of

a staircase, guarantees the maximum privacy.
