Very beautiful villa detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by trees. 2.5 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 600 m from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced). Outdoor shower. Motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Costa Rei 15 km, Mari Pintau 35 km, Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
