Inside, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a twin room with bunk beds , ideal for children or younger guests. The spaces are simple, functional, and designed to ensure a comfortable stay in every season.
The living area features an open-plan kitchen, dining table, and direct access to the covered veranda. The space is air-conditioned and perfect for spending time together after a day at the beach.
Outside, the large covered veranda is ideal for enjoying breakfast or a relaxing dinner at sunset. There's also a barbecue area and a convenient outdoor shower , perfect after a day by the sea.
The location is ideal for exploring the region: within minutes you can reach stunning beaches like Porto Giunco, Simius, and Punta Molentis , as well as the lively center of Villasimius, with its restaurants, shops, and summer markets.
