Villa Valeria is a magnificent panoramic villa on the hills of Villasimius, it's the result of a careful renovation of an ancient structure of which retains all the charm. It enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view, a rare peace and thanks to the swimming pool it will give you the opportunity to spend unforgettable holidays in total relaxation. Despite being isolated, ensuring maximum privacy, in a few minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of the area and the town of Villasimius.

The villa is located in a private land full of greenery and the typical vegetation of the area, there is a beautiful flat garden with a masonry BBQ and a swimming pool overlooking the sea and the hills. The villa has every comfort both internally and in the numerous and extremely well-kept outdoor spaces.

From the main veranda, where we find comfortable armchairs, lounges, even a TV and a large table to eat together, you enter the living area of the house. A large room houses a large table for eating indoors and in a more intimate area a comfortable lounge with TV set. Adjacent to the living area there is a fully equipped linear kitchen. Entering the sleeping area we find 3 large double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom and one with a private bathroom and a twin room with a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning.

The villa is completed by a laundry area and two warm outdoor showers, very comfortable when you come back from the sea.

To reach the villa it is necessary to travel 2 km of dirt road, a car is therefore essential. However, the effort is rewarded by a wonderful view and the quiet you will enjoy surrounded by rich vegetation and a magnificent panorama.

Villasimius is a town inhabited all year round and equipped with every service as well as numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.
