New apartment (residence of 2018), area of 57m2, terrace of 10 m2 with unique views of the sea and the mountains, in a preserved area, wooded, and a great tranquility. The island of Elba, very close is under your eyes. The city reached in a few minutes is less than 3 km from the apartment. Covered parking under the residence. We took care of the decoration of this apartment and its equipment so that you are at your ease. Air conditioned bedroom and living room.

The apartment is ideally located to discover the most beautiful natural places in our region: Cap Corse, its picturesque villages, protected natural areas and beaches, the seaside resort of Saint-Florent and its coastline with crystal clear waters ( less than 20 minutes). Bastia, artistic and cultural capital of Corsica, steeped in history, its narrow streets to the Italian, the charm of its old port and the citadel overlooking it is located less than 5 minutes from the apartment.

Bel appartement avec belle vue mais c'est un défi de s'y rendre!

L'appartement se trouve en pĂ©riphĂ©rie de Bastia, accessible par des rues en lacet en pente forte. C'est le prix Ă  payer pour jouir d'une belle vue sur une vallĂ©e donnant sur la mer! Il y a une pente trĂšs forte pour accĂ©der au garage et il n'est pas facile de trouver l'appartement mĂȘme une fois rendu Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'immeuble, malgrĂ© que le propriĂ©taire s'efforce de transmettre des instructions dĂ©taillĂ©es. Une fois sur place et bien installĂ©, on apprĂ©cie que l'appartement soit confortable, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Appartement bien situé, en dehors et trÚs proche de la ville, au calme. TrÚs belle vue sur l'ßle d'Elbe, la mer, montagne verdoyante. Grand balcon éclairé par le soleil tÎt le matin, l'appartement ne subit pas beaucoup ses assauts, ce qui préserve sa fraßcheur tout le long de la journée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, comme à la maison. Appartement propre, état neuf, et la place de parking couvert avec ouverture à code est un grand+ pour la sécurité. Pas de vis à vis. Propriétaire disponible à 100%, aimable, à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge

Der Gastgeber Eric gab uns bereits im Vorfeld genaue Beschreibungen davon, wie wir zur Wohnung kommen, wir wir unser Auto parken und dann den Zutritt zur Wohnung finden. Das kannten wir bisher noch nicht so - sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fĂŒhlten uns in den vier Tagen sehr wohl dort. Unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck zelebrierten wir auf dem Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick. Ein paar kleine VerbesserungsvorschlĂ€ge bzw. Kritikpunkte: - Der KĂŒhlschrank ist wirklich sehr laut. - Im Wohnbereich hĂ€tten wir eine einfache Stehlampe gut gefunden, da die vorhandenen Beleuchtung wenig gemĂŒtlich ist. - Die Wohnung bzw. das GebĂ€ude liegt in Mitten schöner Natur, aber das gesamte GebĂ€ude mit Zuwegungen wird von Beton dominiert. Das finden wir etwas schade, da es auch (Rank-)Pflanzen gibt, die wenig Pflege benötigen. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und danken dir Eric!

Außergewöhnlicher Ausblick aus einer erstklassigen Wohnung

Auf unserer Korsikareise mit mehreren Stationen war diese Wohnung das Highlight. Nach RĂŒckkehr aus dem lebhaften Bastia tut die absolute Ruhe gut. Man genießt den Ausblick aus einer hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Vorbereitung und UnterstĂŒtzung durch Eric ist perfekt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer

Leider konnten wir Eric nicht persönlich kennenlernen wĂ€hrend unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts. Allerdings haben wir vorab wirklich alle detaillierten Anweisungen bis hin zur Anreisebeschreibung im Videoformat erhalten. Auch per WhatsApp und Telefon konnten wir ihn jederzeit erreichen: hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig versteckt in den Bergen vor Bastia, es handelt sich um eine modern ausgestattete Neubauwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒche, Toilette und Bad. Alle RĂ€ume sind klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Hier bleiben kaum WĂŒnsche offen! Hier zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: - der KĂŒhlschrank ist ziemlich laut, wenn man im Wohnzimmer ĂŒbernachtet - die Couch lĂ€sst sich zu einem vollstĂ€ndigen Bett ausklappen (etwas versteckt ĂŒber eine Lasche in der Lehne), leider quietscht das Bett dann ziemlich laut Diese Kleinigkeiten haben unseren Urlaub aber nicht beeintrĂ€chtigt, da hat alles gepasst.Danke Eric!

TrÚs bel appartement climatisé

L’appartement est charmant, spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La terrasse offre une belle vue. Si Éric n’a pas pu nous accueillir en personne, il a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions chez nous dans son appartement.
