It is set in a former family farm building typical of the region (totally renovated in 2022), below a small country road. This large house also includes a 2nd gîte for 6 people. Every accommodation has separate entry and grounds. The 2 gîtes can be groupped to provide accommodation for 12 people (internal connecting door). The gîte 'Côté Jardin' has spacious and confortable interior, tastefully renovated. On the ground floor (1 step for access from terrace) : kitchen. laundry room/boiler room (accessed via 2 stairs), open living room (accessed via 2 other stairs, dining area, lounge area with sofa/coffee table). Hall. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 family room with double bed & bunk beds), shower room, separate Wc. Outdoors : private enclosed garden to front, gravelled terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, parking area. Beautiful views of the surrounding countyside and further the Monts du Forez. Many walks possible from the gîte. Medieval leisure park 13 km away.
