The Villa is 45 mins from the nearest beach, 30 mins from Lake Sainte Croix, 1 hour 20 mins from Nice, Cannes, Montecarlo, and rest of the French Riviera. It comes fully equipped with a large living room/TV family room with fireplace, large dining room with fireplace, breakfast/laundry area, kitchen, outdoor covered terrace, beautiful pool fully equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor dining set, outdoor living room, lounge area, and barbecue patio.
