When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the rooms. The bed is comfortable, but not the pillows. In the room for 4 people they have provided just 2 towels, we have asked for more but they never bring them to us. In terms of breakfast, just 2 kind of pastry, bread, butter and jam. The water in the pool had green color and the kids pool remained without the water inside. In general the territory looked not cleaned or being taking care on.
