On a farm dating from the 16th century, a very bright architect's house, independent and renovated in a contemporary spirit. Tree-lined and private garden and tennis court to be shared with the owners
Juliette and Julien will be happy to welcome you to their gite, an architect's house adjoining a former seigneury in the county of Dunois. Very attached to this historic place, they will share with you anecdotes and memories at the foot of the dovecote or the dwelling house dating from the 16th century.
In an environment of character, Saugeville is a haven of peace conducive to relaxation. However, the cottage is located only a few kilometers from the castles of the Loire. Detached single-storey house (100 m²), comprising:
Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher
Living/dining room with TV, DVD player, fireplace, sofa bed and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200
Bathroom, separate WC
Independent and unfenced garden (2000 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and parking. Cellar available. Free access to tennis.
Electric heating.
Possibility of renting sheets, household linen and cleaning package (compulsory services for professionals).
Pets not allowed.
