In the heart of the Breton marshes, surrounded by nature, complete relaxation. A former detached barn, completely renovated with passion, is located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marshland landscape. A pond at the foot of the gîte's terrace (partially secured), which is shared by the owners, and an unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. A small private terrace is located near the kitchen. Secure parking with an electric gate. Above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (open from May 15th to August 30th).
Ground floor: living room with open, workshop-style kitchen (induction hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a shower room/WC (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 3 90x190 cm beds). A washing machine and dryer are located in an outdoor room.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD player, and baby equipment.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets (€48 for a double bed and €23 for each single bed), towels (€28 per person), mandatory cleaning fee (€85), and tourist tax.
