Discover this beautiful holiday home with private pool, located on a wooded plot just minutes from Avignon. This single-storey house is located in a quiet residential area and features a beautiful, fully enclosed garden. Ideal for families or friends.

Explore the nearby Camargue and beaches, or take the famous Route des Vins to the Luberon to visit picturesque villages. A visit to le Palais des Papes, les Jardins du Fort de St André, l'Ile de la Barthelasse and the Pont du Gard (25 km away) is also worthwhile.

The property offers plenty of privacy to its guests and it is impossible to get bored here. You will find a playground, bikes, a swing, a diving board and pool toys. The outdoor kitchen flows into the garden and the house is elegantly furnished. The bright living room is equipped with a pool table and you can relax quietly with a good book on the shaded terraces.

Every day between 6 and 8, the outdoor areas are very discreetly maintained.

The place and surroundings are perfect. The house furniture and equipment needs to be modernized. Somethings are broken or quite old. We had a nice week. The welcome was oké.

The house stands on a large, mature plot in a very quiet residential area. It offers some entertainment options (billiards, table tennis, swimming), is nice for relaxing and is a good starting point for various trips to the surrounding area. Three time a week between 6 and 8 AM the terraces are swept and the pool is cleaned. The owner welcomed us nicely with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. However, the house is already getting old and needs various repairs (e.g. the switches for light, the sink in the toilet cannot be used). The cleanliness can be improved (dishes had not been carefully cleaned by previous tenant, also the oven and the coffee machine), same for the kitchen equipment (e.g. no salad sieve, no pot has a lid). The fridge is very huge and also a freezer is available.

Schönes Haus, alles im Erdgeschoss, geräumig, hier und da etwas staubig. Aber tolle schöne Umgebung, angenehme Atmosphäre, schöner großer Garten und Pool. Parken Sie Ihr Auto hinter einem Zaun, schönes Gefühl! Der Besitzer ist unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Gab es ein paar kleinere Probleme und er löste sie sofort! Für Kinder in der Gegend wenig zu tun, das war schade. Sie befinden sich oben auf dem Berg / Hügel, daher ist Radfahren eine große Herausforderung, wenn Sie nach Avignon fahren möchten. Aber es war ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub mit einem wohltuenden Wohlfühlgefühl.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Umgebung. Herzlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer. Nur wenige Dinge im Auge zu behalten, dass eine „Tierwelt“. Ein Großteil der Bevölkerung bosratten, die „Abend durch die Dutzende Fest auf den Feigen im Garten. Sehr nett, kann aber für einige Leute ein bisschen Angst haben. Und viele Mücken, so stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie darauf vorbereitet. Die lokale Supermarkt Sie Anti-Moskito-Weihrauch aufzukaufen, wirkt wie ein Zauber. jeden zweiten Tag Reinigung rund um das Haus vor der Morgendämmerung gemacht wird, so leichten Schlaf Stöpsel ins Ohr benötigen. Pool täglich jeden zweiten Tag statt gereinigt Skimmer / Staubsauger zu laufen. Das bedeutet, dass Sie eine Menge dazwischen müssen Arbeit Netz muss.

Feine Unterkunft, hervorragende Betten, schöne mit Billardtisch. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Avignon so leicht zugänglich, schöne und freundliche Stadt. 3x wöchentlich Pool und Terrasse in sich selbst einen großen Dienst Reinigung, aber mit leichtem Schlaf werden Sie um 7:00 tun aufwachen.
