The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming 30 m² flat with a sea view and about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom with WC. Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 15 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with south-west exposure and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

La personne chargée de nous accueillir ne s’est pas montrée mais a été très réactive et très précise. Néanmoins les équipements de l’appartement sont très vieux, notamment le grille pain et l’aspirateur. De plus n’avoir qu’un seul jeu de clefs n’est pas possible pour être autonome.

Le Cosy du Grand Cap "Agréable mais peut mieux faire 🙂 La vue sur la mer était vraiment agréable, la proximité avec celle-ci, on sortait directement avec l’accès sur la plage et la facilité d’accès à l’immeuble Thé et café à disposition c’était pratique 🙁 Ne devrait pas être proposé pour une famille, Beaucoup trop petit pour loger un couple avec un enfant et un chien. Le canapé lit une fois déplié, plus aucun espace pour circuler Le robinet de lavabo qui fait également office de pommeau de douche ce n’est pas du tout pratique. Très très mal insonorisé, on entend tout dans le couloir ainsi que les voisins du dessus et d’a côté. Si vous avez du mal avec le bruit, passez votre chemin"

Le Cosy du Grand Cap Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines dans cet appart avec notre petit toutou. Tout s’est déroulé comme prévu. L’appartement est bien situé dans un grande résidence très calme à seulement quelques pas de la mer. Appart fonctionnel, le seul petit point noir est la douche car le pommeau de douche sert aussi dans le lavabo mais ce n’est pas bien grave et la propriétaire compte le changer. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cet appart, le prix est abordable et notre petit chien a adoré ses balades sur la plage et dans les espaces naturel des environs.
