The open, modern kitchen seamlessly connects to the inviting dining area and offers wonderful views of the surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing moments in any season. Outside, a large garden invites you to unwind, sunbathe, and linger. A double garage provides ample space for vehicles, bicycles, or golf equipment.
The area offers a variety of activities all year round: Two renowned golf courses (Königsfeld and Öschberghof) are nearby. Excellent hiking and cycling routes start right from the house. In winter, smaller ski resorts can be reached in about 30 minutes, and Feldberg in about 1 hour. The Solemar thermal spa in Bad Dürrheim is ideal for swimming and relaxation and is close by.
