Quiet flat in the Villongo Castle park near the Iseo lake
A reasonably sized flat in a very quiet zone immersed in nature. Breathtaking views of lake Iseo and the vines of the Franciacorta from your window. A birdwatching paradise. Half an hour walk to the lake. The Sarnico-Bergamo cycling path is nearby. The flat is in a gated residence built on the site of a castle . Air conditioning, wifi, possibility of bringing your pets.
The sun shine in the morning and the flat is naturally cooler plus modern and powerful air-con.
The flat is on 2 floors, with entrance on the lounge-kitchen. A stair brings up to a landing with a sofa-bed and access to the master bedroom and the bathroom. The flats is at the ground floor of a property and is accessible with its own car ramp (steep, recommended to park in the car park at the top of the ramp). Nice exclusive terrace outside, fenced for pets. Not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties.
