Not the best expierence

It’s the worst hotel I have stayed in. They have ranked at 3 stars in uk it would be 1 shower head broken and not working fully. It was cold in the room. No kettle or mini fridge in the room. Really not recommended

We would like to mention, that all guests are welcome to find information about our rooms facilities and amenities in the hotel presentation, where noted that we belong to an economy class hotel chain and there are neither mini fridge nor coffee/tea facilities in standard rooms. Each room is equipped with heating and every guest can turn it up or down yourself with the help of temperature regulators. We kindly ask our guests to contact us if there are any problems during their stay, - our reception team is available 24 hours and our staff will be more than happy to take care of everything. Hotelaufenthalt

Die Erfahrungen in diesem Etablissement sind sehr zufriedenstellend bis sehr gut. Vor allem: charmante und kooperative Betreuung i.e. Bedienung an der Reception - beim Frühstück , beim Essen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage für Unternehmungen im Norden von Litauen (Utena, Panevecys, etc.) Essen im Hotel sehr schmackhaft und auch variabel. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da wir den ganzen Tag keine Zeit mehr zum Essen hatten. Allgemein: sehr nette, freundliche Bedienung !
