Dear Vesa, Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the noise from next apartment. Your stay was at Valentine day and many people coming to celebrate this day and some times are a bit noisy. Normally is very calm in this apartment. The sofa - we already fixed the bottom part which was caused some problems for you as we understand. Best regards Manager
