Esencia hotel is a lovely, well-located, small boutique hotel. The rustic-modern style is charming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The owners also have a nearby restaurant (Don Emelio) which I highly recommend as my dinner there was excellent.

This place was so cute and perfectly appointed, but most importantly Christian and Audri were the best hosts ever! They helped arrange transportation to wine country, art tours in Valpo, gave us details on how to best visit the sand dunes and made reservations at several amazing restaurants. Breakfast daily, clean, beautiful garden area in a quiet and convenient area - Just blocks from the beach!

Esencia is an absolute gem! An oasis to relax in but walkable to all the amenities of Vina. Adri & Christian are wonderful hosts who made reservations for guides/restaurants to make our whole visit smooth and relaxing! The property is delightful. We felt like we were staying with friends!

An oasis in the city close to everything I wanted to experience. The room was comfortable and quiet with a great shower, breakfast was delicious, and the owners were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They helped me arrange transportation and a winery tour and answered all of my questions about the area. I felt safer and confident traveling by myself and had a magical, relaxing stay. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

Very nice place with excellent hosts.

Lovely, clean, comfortable place with really nice hosts. They were so helpful with restaurant reservations and tour reservations. The home is located in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a small boutique option.

Best choice in Vina del Mar

Amazing hospitality! The owners made a priority to ensure we took full advantage of our time spent in the area. Helped organize our days events, made amazing suggestions on places to visit. Having over two decades in the hospitality industry and working in 5 star resorts, this property exceeded expectations. Beautiful appointed and grounds were very inviting. Magnifique et confortable

Mon séjour a été une belle surprise et très agréable. Andréanne et Christian sont des hôtes remarquables. Ils sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients. La chambre était super confortable. Pas de balcon mais un accès priviligié à un petit jardin aménagé par eux. Magnifique et décoré avec goût. La localisation de cet hôtel est parfaite. Proche de plusieurs cafés et restos à distance de marche. Christian a aussi des contacts précieux et il n'hésite pas à recommander des endroits. Andréanne nous a concocté un delicieux déjeuner le lendemain matin. Si je retourne dans cette région c'est à cet endroit que je retourne sans aucune hésitation . Vous ne regretterez pas.

We had a wonderful time at Escentia boutique hotel. Andreanne and Christian went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. The breakfast was made to order and they had options for my dietary restrictions. The outside garden is very quiet and relaxing. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts!!

Andreann and Christian are so lovely The Way Ecencia had lovely rooms and charming little nooks in the gardens The blow dryer in the room was the best hotel dryer I’ve ever had and that’s including the big fancy hotels They took such great care of us with wonderful dinner recommendations and arrangements for transportation The breakfast was delicious and served with individual and personal care for preference and food allergies We felt like we were leaving family when we checked out

Beautiful garden surrounding elegantly restored building gives feeling of welcoming and peaceful life even if just off busy street with lots of restaurants and cafes and services. Staff very kind and accommodating. Breakfast wonderful. Room had large windows looking out onto green treetops with flowers and birds. Bedding warm and mattress comfortable. Bathroom has great shower and fluffy towels. Everyone super nice.

Beautiful place to stay.

What an absolute gem of an hotel. It’s set down a quiet street but very close to nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Hosts are very warm and welcoming. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated. The whole place feels more like a home than an hotel. The little seating areas outside are a delight. We did have a slight issue with a lack of hot water the morning we were leaving. However, we didn’t have time to mention it, so I can’t complain that it wasn’t sorted. On the whole I’d thoroughly recommend staying here. Lovely.

The hotel is a labor of love, painstakingly crafted from beautiful pieces of wood and art and interesting materials, lovely details everywhere. The owners Adri and Cris are as warm and hospitable as can be. The breakfast is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the location is perfect...definitely and highly recommend!
