Puntos positivos: 1- Ubicación estratégica: acceso a las principales atracciones turísticas. 2- Ducha: buena temperatura. 3- Acceso a tiendas, casas de cambio, restaurantes y supermercado. 4- Habitación espaciosa (cuádruple). 5- Checkin rápido. 6- Ropa de cama suave. 7- Cama cómoda. 8- Almohadas y cojines de diferentes alturas. 9- Deliciosos productos de cortesía en el minibar. 10- Servicio impecable, acogedor, amable y atento por parte del personal (especialmente la recepcionista rubia, cuyo nombre no recuerdo, y el recepcionista Nicolás). 11- El personal se preocupa por el bienestar, la comodidad y la seguridad de los huéspedes. Puntos negativos: 1 - Internet muy malo (lento, intermitente y no funciona en todas las áreas del hotel ni en algunas partes de la habitación). 2 - Higiene/limpieza del baño (no estaba sucio, pero se notaba que la pared de la ducha no estaba limpia; el desagüe estaba atascado por falta de mantenimiento). 3 - Habitación con luz intensa: las persianas no bloquean la luz del sol, lo que dificulta el sueño de quienes desean levantarse tarde. 4 - El acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones se realiza a través de numerosas escaleras, lo que dificulta el acceso a personas mayores y con movilidad reducida. 5 - Falta de caja fuerte en la habitación. 6 - Ausencia de aire acondicionado (habitación cuádruple). 7 - Desayuno: se sirve en un restaurante fuera del hotel. El desayuno, aunque sabroso, es repetitivo, poco variado y no se sirve tipo bufé.

Pontos Positivos: 1 - Localização estratégica: acesso aos principais pontos turísticos 2 - Chuveiro: bom controle de temperatura 3 - Acesso ao comércio, casas de câmbio, restaurantes e supermercado 4 - Quarto espaçoso (quarto quádruplo) 5 - Checkin ágil 6 - Roupa de cama suave 7 - Cama confortável 8 - Travesseiros e almofadas: alturas variadas 9 - Saborosos ítens de frigobar de cortesia 10 - Atendinento incrivelmente impecável, acolhedor, educado e cativante por parte dos funcionários (em especial à recepcionista loira cujo nome me esqueci e ao recepcionista Nicolás). 11 - Funcionários preocupados com o bem estar, conforto e segurança dos hóspedes. Pontos negativos: 1 - Internet muito ruim (lenta, intermitente e não funciona em todas as áreas do hotel e em alguns pontos do quarto) 2 - Higiene/limpeza do banheiro (não estava sujo mas era perceptível que não se higienizava a parede da área do banho; o ralo do banheiro estava entupido por falta de manutenção) 3 - Quarto com intensa luminosidade: Persiana/Blackout não bloqueia a luz do sol comprometendo o sono de quem quiser despertar mais tarde. 4 - Acesso ao hotel e aos quartos através de muitas escadas comprometendo o acesso de idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. 5 - Falta de cofre no quarto. 6 - Ausência de ar-condicionado (quarto quádruplo). 7 - O café da manhã: servido em um restaurante fora do hotel. O café da manhã, apesar de ser gostoso, é repetitivo, não apresenta variedade e não é servido em sistema de buffet

Toda la publicidad que ofrecian en sus paginas de reservas no coincidian de manera física, se ofrecía desayunos y cuando llegamos al hotel nos explican que no venía con tal servicio. Las habitaciones con mal olor a animal, nos encantan los gatitos pero creo que deberían repasar limpiezas en las habitaciones por que el olor emana en ellas, inodoros sucios, almohadas no contaban con el confort adecuado. La atención de la recepcionista de la noche fue horrible, cero cordialidad, sin vocación de servicios, se le pidió algo en barra y nunca fuimos atendidos, nosotros mismo tuvimos que sacar el consumo por que ella no se quiso parar de su area de trabajo, atendió en cocina con el cabello suelto, sin guantes y de muy mala manera, no nos dejo dormir la bulla que tenía en recepción mas sus risas, cero respeto por sus clientes. Lo unico que se rescata fue la amabilidad de la atención del recepcionista que nos hizo el check in y check out. Esto fue el sabado 15 de febrero Definitivamente nos vamos totalmente decepcionados del hotel Asturias.
