Host and her family were very gracious and friendly. I enjoyed interacting with them. There are pets (dog and cat) on site but were not a problem. The bathroom is shared with another guest but not with the family. It wasn't a problem Area is noisy at night till about 11:00. 2 block walk to a very beach and beach park, and more restaurants than you can count within walking distance. Grocery store 2 blocks away. It was a good stay for the price. Would stay there again.
