We highly value our guests comments and are always looking for ways to improve our business.Unfortunately, as it was clarified in previous reviews, the new management we hired did not have the required experience and this lead to the misunderstanding with your booking. To all potential guests: the customer was refunded the full amount of the stay , breakfast was offered free of charge and a free meal was offered as compensation for the inconvenience.Silvia, you are more that welcome to try us one more time and we assure you will not be disappointed.We wish you all the best for the future!
Along with a restaurant, there's a coffee shop/cafe on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. WiFi is available in public spaces for a fee.
