Welcome to your Vinalhaven Island escape! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the ferry landing. Walk to town for coffee, groceries, or to check out the local shops, brewery, and art galleries. Just a short drive to Lane’s Island Preserve, swimming quarries, and hiking trails. The house combines modern updates with the charm of an 1850s home when times were simpler. Enjoy a pleasant stay on Pleasant Street!

***We recently purchased the property and are offering it as a short-term rental for the first time. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions***

2 Bedrooms – One bedroom is downstairs, and one is upstairs, each with a queen bed. A queen-sized air bed is also available for use. **To sleep 6, the air bed will need to be used**

1 Bathroom – bathroom with a shower is located upstairs.

Full Kitchen – Stocked with essentials, including a lobster pot!

Eating area – Dining table for 4 plus a breakfast bar with seating for 2

Living Room – Upstairs living room with comfy seating, smart TV, plenty of books, games, and puzzles

Reservations HIGHLY recommended in the summer months, especially if bringing a car. Reservations can be made 30 days prior to travel date

Cozy & Complete Vinalhaven Island Retreat

This was our first visit to Vinalhaven Island, for a long weekend to celebrate a good friend’s Birthday. The rental house was very cozy & beds comfy. A well stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, so that we didn’t have to eat at restaurants for every meal. Plenty of Linens, towels and paper products were provided too.Jim, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions, both before our arrival and during our stayWe will be visiting our friends on Vinalhaven again, and plan to stay at this same rental houseThank you Jim for the R&R!The Burns Family
