Located on a quiet street this large 5 bedroom family home is your home away from home when visiting Jervis Bay. Come stay, unpack, enjoy all without having to leave! This newly built, single level home has modern fixtures and is immaculately presented with all the extra luxury inclusions, featuring a Pool & Jacuzzi spa.

Please Note: This property has a strict No Party & Event Policy. It is in a high residential area and we will not tolerate any parties, large gatherings etc that disturb the quiet street.

On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check-in, we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.

Please Note: The property has a strict no party policy. No Hens / Bucks / Schoolies / Large Gatherings etc. This will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your holiday stay and no refund of bond paid either.

For security purposes the property has external cameras facing outwards only.
