Wake up to the ocean at this spacious 6-bedroom beachfront home in Vincentia, Jervis Bay, perfect for large families and group getaways. Located directly on the Collingwood Beach reserve with direct access to the sand, this home offers multiple living areas and room for everyone - including your pets!

Collingwood Villa comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests (14 adults and 4 children) and is pet-friendly. The two-level home provides ample space for everyone, featuring two large living areas, including a downstairs lounge with a pool table - an ideal retreat for kids or additional guests. Air conditioning is available in the main living areas.

The outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A large upstairs deck overlooks the beach, providing breathtaking ocean views. Downstairs, you'll find a private courtyard equipped with outdoor dining, a lounge area, and a firepit for relaxed evenings.

The villa's prime location in Vincentia means convenience is guaranteed. You are just steps away from direct beach access. Furthermore, you can walk across the road to Coles and local cafes, and you are only minutes by car from the bustling hub of Huskisson and the famous white sands of Hyams Beach. Everything you need is within easy reach—no need to drive once you arrive.

The six bedrooms are spread across two levels:

Upstairs:

Master (King bed plus child-only fold-out chair),
Bedroom 2 (Tri-bunk: double + single),
Bedroom 3 (Queen bed plus child-only fold-out chair).

Downstairs:

Bedroom 4 (King bed plus child-only fold-out chair),
Bedroom 5 (Tri-bunk: double + single),
Bedroom 6 (Queen bed plus child-only fold-out chair).

Please note that the fold-out chairs are strictly suitable for children only. Linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with stovetop & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine & quality appliances. The kitchen is stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Basic consumables are provided, such as: salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towel, toilet paper, foil, cling wrap & baking paper, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets and basic kitchen cleaning supplies.

Enjoy a large deck overlooking Collingwood Beach with stunning ocean views. Downstairs features a private courtyard with outdoor dining, a lounge area, and a firepit. Direct beach access is just steps away. Spend your days on the sand, then come home to relax with sunset drinks or a BBQ.

Bookings over Christmas & New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season do not leave a gap of less than 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay.
