Located across the road from beautiful Collingwood Beach and a short walk to the local shopping village, this unique home is ideally located for exploring Jervis Bay.
With views of the bay, this rejuvenated beach home retains its original character while incorporating stylish furnishings and fittings from the period of iconic mid-century designers like Eames, Parker, Chiswell, and George Nelson.
With plenty of room to spread out and relax, it's perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy a retro inspired seaside escape.
This original Aussie beach home is the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort. Featuring polished wood floors and designer retro lighting, this spacious home is ideal for entertaining, with a classic outdoor BBQ area that's perfect for casual dining.
Large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow refreshing Jervis Bay breezes to flow through, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the nearby beaches.
Four bedrooms, three with queen size beds and a kids room with single bunk beds. Each bedroom has a portable fan, quality bed linen, extra blankets and funky beach towels for your use.
The upstairs living space is a breezy retreat, featuring designer couches, a retro bar and the latest in electronic entertainment, including a 60” TV, Sonos sound system and complimentary Wi-Fi. This area flows seamlessly onto a front balcony with dining space and bay views, perfect for relaxed afternoons.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts an extensive array of utensils to satisfy all your culinary needs, complemented by an espresso machine to energize your mornings. Gather in the upstairs indoor dining room, where a 1950s Italian Sputnik ceiling pendant will light up the meal, creating a delightful ambiance. For a change of scenery, step outside to the front balcony for alfresco dining, where you can savor the fresh air and views.
Downstairs, the indoor/outdoor living room opens to a garden patio equipped with a dining area and weber gas BBQ. There is also a 80 litre french door fridge and freezer, complete with chilled, filtered water and ice maker.
Both bathrooms have been refreshed and include Thankyou shower gels, these environmentally friendly products chosen because the company donates proceeds to help end extreme world poverty.
The grass covered backyard is ideal for family fun, whether playing a game of backyard cricket or letting the kids and family pet run around freely.
Close to the vibrant town of Huskisson, where you can explore boutique shops, trendy cafes and restaurants. Just a short drive away is Hyams Beach, famous for having some of the whitest sands in the world, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling.
Nature lovers will be thrilled to visit Booderee National Park, located nearby. The park offers scenic walking trails, beautiful beaches and the opportunity to learn about Aboriginal culture. Don't miss the enchanting Green Patch Beach and the captivating Botanic Gardens within the park.
