The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, dirty/greasy BBQ etc.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived otherwise a furniture repositioning charge will apply and be deducted from the security bond.
LATE DEPARTURE without previous approval by the agent will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly rate on the day of departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Street parking only is available. Please parallel park on roadside verge as parking on the house front yard grass or driveway is not permitted.
