Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Vinchio, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: large, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Breakfast possible on request (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Vinchio" 3 km, railway station "Nitzza Monferrato" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 25 km, Alba 35 km, Turin 80 km.
