This apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed + single bed each), fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, stove with 4 hotplates (3 gas + 1 electric), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils for food preparation), living room with TV, bathroom with shower cabin, free Wifi, a nice covered terrace and a large open one for sunbathing and childplay, with an overview of the forest.

It is equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen; while thick stone walls, aluminum/PVC double windows and doors, as well as ventilators in the upper bedrooms guarantee enjoyable temperature most of the time.
Kitchen is equipped with all utensils you might need for preparing meals and dishes for 8 people. Appliances: refrigerator with freezer, gas/electric stove with 4 hot plates and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and water heater.

There is a nice covered terrace and a large open one for sunbathing and child play. There is also a small garden with a humble playground in front of a 1-bedroom apartment, which is confined with 0.5-1 m high fence. Passage to the road is also "guarded" with iron garden doors.

Guests are free to use: WiFi, flatiron and a walled grill (barbecue).
Pets are welcomed, but their stay is charged extra: 5 €/pet/day.
There are 5 parking spaces available, 3 of which are in front of the house and 2 are 50 m away. Both parking lots are lighted.

It takes 40 stairs from the parking lot to the apartment, passing through the common yard, used by the lady owner. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the house, which means that there are 20 more steps from the terrace, kitchen and bathroom to the bedrooms.

Please note that a lady owner will be present in the separate unit, one floor below the apartment. You will have covered, shaded and open terraces available solely for your use, therefore only interaction with her would be by passing through the common yard to/from the parking lot.
In case you will need anything, she can help you or simply invite you for a cup of coffee or cold drink, should you wish to do so :) We believe this increases security of your belongings and enhances hospitality. We hope that this arrangement is acceptable by you.

Please be advised about the house rules:
- Apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING. Please use the exteriors for smoking.
- Due to our peaceful neighborhood, other family guests' preferences and the fact that lady hostess is also present at the property (in the separate unit), it is prohibited to make loud noises in the time between 12 to 15 h and 22 and 9 h. This relates to loud music, parties etc.; normal conversation with low music volume is not "inhibited".
- Final cleaning is not charged, presuming the guests perform basic tidying themselves: collecting the towels, washing and storing dried dishes and cutlery, taking out the garbage in the dust bin, wiping the stains from the furniture. Otherwise, additional cleaning costs in amount of 30 € will be charged on departure.
- Usage of air conditioning is free, presuming the following: while turned on, all doors and windows have to be closed; device has to be turned off when guests leave the apartment or in case of thunderstorm. In case of not adhering to these rules, owner can limit the use of the air conditioning.
