Unique Mediterranean stone house with sea view, chill-out area, bike, BBQ, WiFi

This stone house was built in the 19th century and has recently been completely renovated, making sure that everything has been renovated in the traditional style. Although you live in a typical Mediterranean stone house, you don't have to do without electronic household appliances for everyday use, as the house is very well equipped! The house consists of two floors, the ground floor and 1 upper floor. On the ground floor there is a cosy bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. An internal staircase and an external staircase lead from the ground floor to the first floor. This floor consists of a large living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom. From the kitchen there is access to a balcony of the house and from the bedroom to a second balcony. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of nature and the marvellous blue Adriatic Sea. A DVD player with a few DVDs and some books are available. The 60 m2 outdoor area offers plenty of privacy. The well-tended Mediterranean garden, the available seating, a charcoal barbecue, two deckchairs and a hammock make your stay here very pleasant. A bicycle and various toys are also available. Thanks to the thick stone walls of the house, it is always pleasantly warm, even in the height of summer. Air conditioning is therefore not necessary.
