Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 150 m, rocky beach 6 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
