With bright spaces renovated in a contemporary and design spirit, you will discover a double building of 250 m2 with a minimalist style that inspires luxury and serenity.

The entrance to the house is through the garden directly accessible from the parking lot.

Composed in two parts, the house has 7 carefully decorated bedrooms, and 6 elegant bathrooms. 6 bedrooms are upstairs, while the one on the ground floor allows disabled access from the garden.

By a double glass door, the kitchen and its spacious dining room shelters the wide staircase which leads to the first floor of this first part with two VIP rooms and their private bathrooms.

A second bay window illuminates the adjacent living room, with the original press as its centerpiece, which gives an additional touch to the refined design of the furniture.

Above 2 double bedrooms with a suite and its private bathroom and a children's room with 2 bunk beds.
