Relaxation and comfort will welcome you to this beuatifully remodeled 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment. The apartment has original wood floors and is professionally designed for our guests. The location is incredible, numerous unique bars and restaurants all within walking distance, and the beach is a 8 minute walk!


Transcendent Stays is a locally driven group based in Virginia Beach with a team on the ground to provide an elevated experience for all our guests. Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable. We have created a space for you to escape the daily routine and enter a world of possibilities making your stay personal, comfortable, and effortless.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully equiped and wffi worked fine. Check in was seemless. Our Only complaint is that we could hear the tenants in the unit above when they walked around their unit. However they were not loud or noisy, and they went to bed about the same time we did, so our sleep was not disturbed

My overall experience was good if you want a general place to stay. There isn’t a master bedroom with a bath. However, the was clean and location was good. Owner very responsive.

Great spot right in the middle of everything.

This property made it really easy to enjoy Virginia Beach, truly walking distance to the beach, easy access to restaurants and a nice place to stay and relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely consider renting again next time we go to Virginia Beach.
