Feeling Fair

My husband and I come and stay a few times a year. Everyone is friendly. However, the breakfast is getting to be old with serving the same items. Also, unfortunately didn’t get much sleep due to outside work going on right in front the hotel. Wish we knew before checking in especially the view wasn’t pleasant due to all the work equipment.

The people were really awesome. They checked us in 2 hours early and the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a two bedroom suite, all with a beautiful smile. The hair dryer didn't work and the tv remote was weak so my wife called the front desk and within 5 minutes Brian, the maintenance manager was there with a new tv remote and a brand new hair dryer. We chatted with him as he was installing it and he was very pleasant, polite and fun to talk with. When we went to have breakfast which was included, Alicia(sp) and Andy were standing at the entrance and immediately welcomed us in. Top to bottom, this was a great and comfortable stay. We enjoyed it a lot and we're grateful to all of them.

I left early because of the condition of the HVAC system. It had an odor that made it hard for me to sleep due to congestion. The property is generally clean but the room was in a bit of disrepair.
