I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was spectacular. The views from my room were nothing short of phenomenal, providing a perfect backdrop for my stay. My room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The staff's politeness was truly commendable. I made an extra request that didn't need to be accommodated, yet they handled it expeditiously and with a smile. This level of service truly sets them apart. The bartender was friendly and added a delightful touch to my evenings with his engaging conversation. Moreover, the manager was incredibly kind and polite, making sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. It's rare to find such a warm and dedicated team, and it made my stay truly memorable. I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem and can't wait to return. The Courtyard Marriott in Virginia Beach has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Very Recommendable

Everything was great, two observations, 1- should monitor the smell on elevators, unfortunately lots of people smoke weed inside them and it really makes the smell terrible... 2- Pool area should gave better drying service. After all everything was great and rooms are excellent the location of the hotel is perfect for all shopping and dinning experience.

Amazing! Great access to beach and. boardwalk. Luggage carts were available upon arrival. Great customer service. Staff was very courteous and informative. Need turkey sausage options for breakfast.
