Front desk was rude. Pulled back top cover of bed and it looked like a chunk of smeared dry POOP on top of the blanket. Pulled blanket off and took to the office. The inside lobby was closed so I approached the walkup window. I told the guy at the office what the problem was and he proceeded to go pull a sign off inside window and held it up for me to see. He stated I have no keys for bedding and the sign said no laundryservice for room after 5 PM. You proceeded to come out the lock door, grab the blanket and throw it inside and walk away. I got a hold of Hotels.com and got a full refund and immediately left and went to another hotel. I will be making a phone call to the health department tomorrow. I do not recommend staying here at all. I would’ve rated it a zero if there was an option.

The person who checked us in didn't acknowledge us then he never made eye contact with us, and he was very fast with no explanation of thing. The room had cigarette burns on the sheets, the door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it, the lighting in the bathroom was very low, there was bugs in the ceiling corners, a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door. We literally just slept in our clothes on top of the bed. Parking was good and well lit. The exterior was clean. The person who checked us out in the morning was very nice.
