The room had a strong bad odor. The ac filter had to be changed but the maintenance guy tried to cheat saying he was replacing the filter by trying to put another old used filter in. He was not intent at helping in any way. We ended up not staying and had to book a second reservation elsewhere at 10 pm. Hotel manager was nice and tried to help but there were no alternatives for her to offer. She said she will get will hotels.com to offer us a refund
