Located a block from the beach where you will find dining, nightlife and shopping! Located in the heart of the Resort Area where you will always find something to do for adults and kids alike! Sky dive without a parachute at iFly, challenge the family to a round of mini golf or head to the 31st Street Park where you will find the famous King Neptune Statue. Centrally located with easy access to I-264 which makes Jewel By The Sea the perfect choice! The first floor features a private bedroom, full bath and a 2 car garage. Upstairs, the second level opens to a bright living, dining, and kitchen area with all stainless steel appliances, plus a convenient laundry closet and half bath. The third floor includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a fourth floor bonus bedroom.
