Kamla is a privately owned, 15 unit, 6 story, ocean front condominium complex located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk between 21st and 22nd Street on Atlantic Avenue. This condo is a two bedroom, two and a half bath 1,250 sq. ft. end unit with elevator access. A private balcony is located on the beach side of the condo, showcasing endless ocean views and sunrises with sliding glass door access from the living/dining room. The Master bedroom balcony provides wonderful sunset views in late the afternoon, before the excitement of Atlantic Avenue comes alive.

The living room has a 40 inch HD TV with cable and DVD player.

The second bedroom has 2 double beds, 2 night tables with lamps, dresser, TV and full bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your private use. A half bathroom is located near the foyer. This condo has one assigned parking space, in the gated and covered garage. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come, first served basis.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

Family only. This is a strictly no pet, no smoking unit.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, weekly we have a 7 night minimum.
