Pick another option. There are no dining options whatsoever in this hotel and the children have to go next door to use a pool. They offer zero amenities beyond a bed and toilet.

We had an issue related to the renovations occurring at the property at the beginning of our stay, but management was quick to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, going above and beyond to provide a small gift for my 3yo. Management and front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. Property amenities were very enjoyable. Would stay here again.

Our suite was very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was under remodeling, but that had little to no impact on our stay. In our suite, the water in the bath took an inordinate amount of time to get hot. The hotel elevators were extremely slow and there were long lines waiting for the elevators. The parking garage was very convenient. However, we did experience a malfunction, along with several others, where the elevator would not stop going up and down nor would the doors open. All of this information was reported to the staff and they were quick to thank us for the information and let us know it would be repaired ASAP. Despite a few glitches, we had a nice stay and would visit again.

Highlight was being welcomed by London. This was my first time on property and London was extremely helpful. A nice start to my stay. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed the pool. Lowlight was one of the elevators was down all weekend. I hope to stay there again.
