There were baby birds in the exhaust fan in the bathroom that were trapped. The water in the shower did not get hot and had little pressure. The shower curtain was not clean.

Everything was great, I would come back in this hotel in the future, great location. The furniture is a bit old but the most important thing for me : the place must be very clean, and it was the case for my room, very clean, congrats to the room service team!

The property looks somewhat run down but the room was nicely done with updated features. It served the purpose of showers and sleep. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking spaces are narrow. But you are only a block and 1/2 from the beach.

Hotel was ok, not bad, not great. It might have been the timing with when I went. But the area felt like central ave DC. Massive amounts of people walking and making unnecessary noise, cars being loud and hella police activity. Hotel customer service was polite, but u aren’t gonna get professional customer service at like a corporate chain like Hampton inn and holiday inn. I booked this based off overall reviews. I’d go again in a tight spot but based on area experience I’ll fork a little more for peace and quiet and sound mind

More than once, the water got cold. I became under the weather as a result of this. Also, the air conditioning unit gave me a sore throat by the morning. I wonder when was the last time they clean the filter. The room has no carpet, so the floor was always cold. And you had to request and schedule cleanings. They never told this to me when I booked the room, so for days I was wondering when my room was going to be cleaned. Cleaning staff was nice, but the property overall felt a little rundown for the price that I had to pay for the room.

Pick again…

Overcharged my credit card over $485 and refused to refund the money. Besides that the facility is not well kept and the room was not exceptionally clean. Hot water was sporadic…. Less than desirable patrons up all night ultimately being evicted by police…..Pick again.

Could smell weed the entire time we were there. Noisy until 4am. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. Place was half clean. Wouldn’t go back. Felt like I wasted my money. Left early. Was not a good property.
