The space
Comfortable king bed and private sitting area, smart TV, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided); full bathroom (with tub/shower combo), laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Private exterior entrance that opens to the private backyard.

There is a big backyard and hammock perfect for relaxing and taking in the wildlife. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water - perfect to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach: linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), dish soap, dish sponges and cloths, trash bags, hand soap, coffee provided (with creamer and sweetener), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). Laundry detergent not provided.

The kitchenette in this home includes sink, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

Smart TV. High speed internet.

Beach amenities provided: beach chairs, beach towels, cooler.

Note this is a private, separate downstairs unit in a duplex, owners occupy the upstairs unit in the summer and are available if needed but will not bother you at all during your stay. Downstairs guests may experience some light noise from upstairs including footsteps and ambient noise. Quiet hours are observed by owners.

HOUSE RULES: You must agree to and follow the house rules. No parties or events are allowed. Maximum of 2 adults are allowed on the property. No unauthorized guests are allowed - if you violate this rule you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be cancelled without refund. These are strict guidelines set by the City of Virginia Beach and we must enforce them. No smoking.

We do love all animals, however we are highly allergic to all pet dander; therefore we must adhere to a strict NO PET POLICY.

**Please note there is one exterior security camera on the front of the house overlooking the driveway to monitor occupancy and noise only, device has ability to record. We do not have any interior cameras**

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the downstairs unit. The owners live upstairs when in town. The back yard and driveway are the only shared spaces.

Other things to note
As this is a downstairs unit and we live upstairs when in VB, there is potential for noise. You may hear light walking, movement, ambient noise, etc above you. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
